Videntity support identity verification and authorization over an automated phone system, allowing you to obtain express authorization before an action. Videntity’s telephone-based identity verification provides access to your users who may be unaccustomed to using the web. Through an Application Programming Interface (API), Videntity can be tied into almost any new or existing solution. Customers can opt between a fully hosted solution (pure SaaS) or in conjunction with a customer's local Videntity backup server. The service supports a wide array of data types including CCR, HL7, PDF, PCHRI, and others through a tagging system.
